Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and also PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once processed, orders are shipped the following business day.
Please note: During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by destination. Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
What if I don't receive my order?

Prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. You may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees once your order arrives in your country.
